Borat 2 Costar Jeanise Jones Fund Receives $100K from Sacha Baron Cohen

Now here's a story that is very nice! Forgive me for the pun, but I just had to! Hopefully, you've already seen BORAT 2 and are aware of the "role" Jeanise Jones plays in it. Without giving too much away, she plays a woman who interacts with Sacha Baron Cohen's character Borat as well as his daughter, Tutar (Maria Bakalova), and truly comes off as a good, sincere person. Unfortunately, Ms. Jones lost her job because of COVID complications, which led her church to start a GoFundMe stating the following:

“Please consider saying thank you to Jeanise with a tangible gift. She’s unemployed right now due to Covid. Previously, she worked on a job for 32 years! She’s faithful! Please consider giving a contribution to simply to say thank you to Jeanise for being 'A moral compass and a light shining in darkness' in this movie.”

Well, it seems that Sacha Baron Cohen was very thankful for Ms. Jones as well because he just donated $100,000 to the fund! All that money won't go to Jones, but will be spread out to her Oklahoma City community on her behalf by the local Ebenezer Baptist Church.
