Spider-Man, Spider-Man, does whatever a spider can; which apparently includes assembling a great (and large) group of actors for his upcoming film. It seems that not a day has gone by when we haven't received news of yet another actor joining the cast of SPIDER-MAN: HOMECOMING, and today is no exception.
The Hollywood Reporter says that Bokeem Woodbine is the latest to join up with the project and, like most of the SPIDER-MAN: HOMECOMING casting news, there are very few details about his role. THR's sources do say that unlike the latest crop of actors to join up, Woodbine's character won't be on team Spidey. Bokeem Woodbine will be joining Michael Keaton and Logan Marshall-Green as one of the villains of SPIDER-MAN: HOMECOMING. Woodbine has been around for a while, appearing in films like DEAD PRESIDENTS, THE ROCK, RAY, TOTAL RECALL, and RIDDICK, but his most recent work was his appearance as the mobster Mike Milligan in the excellent second season of FX's Fargo.
SPIDER-MAN: HOMECOMING hits theaters on July 7, 2017.
