Move over, Keanu Reeves; you ain't got nothin' on Bob Odenkirk. Universal Pictures announced today that the Better Call Saul star will be starring in NOBODY, an action-thriller which follows Hutch Mansell (Odenkirk), a guy you typically wouldn't even notice. "A suburban dad, overlooked husband, nothing neighbor. A nobody," reads the studio release. "When two thieves break into his home one night, the incident ignites Hutch’s unknown long-simmering rage, propelling him on a brutal path that will uncover dark secrets he fought to leave behind." I'm definitely intrigued.

NOBODY will be directed by Ilya Naishuller (HARDCORE HENRY) and scripted by Derek Kolstad (JOHN WICK). Not only that, but JOHN WICK co-director David Leitch will be producing alongside Kelly McCormick, Marc Provissiero, and Odenkirk himself. Universal has already slated NOBODY for an August 14, 2020 release.

Bob Odenkirk's next major role will be in Greta Gerwig's LITTLE WOMEN, an adaptation of the novel of the same name by Louisa May Alcott which stars Saoirse Ronan, Emma Watson, Florence Pugh, Eliza Scanlen, Timothée Chalamet, Laura Dern, and Meryl Streep. The start-studded flick will hit theaters on December 25, 2019. Odenkirk will also be reprising his role of Jimmy McGill/Saul Goodman for the fifth season of Better Call Saul, which is expected to debut in 2020, and the actor has teased that we're in for something special. "It’s the best season we’ve ever done," Odenkirk told Deadline earlier this year. "It’s going to blow your mind, and I’m not kidding about either of those things. It’s f*cking awesome. I can’t wait for people to see it. It’s just shattering in every direction, and I love it."
