Bob Odenkirk has seriously become quite the star these days! From Breaking Bad to Better Call Saul to the brand new action comedy flick Nobody, the dude's really got some depth. I still remember him as one of the stars of The Ben Stiller Show waaaaaay back when. Bob's been around for quite a while and he also used to be on SNL as a writer. While speaking with Howard Stern, he shared a funny little story about how 1991 host Jeremy Irons (Zack Snyder's Justice League) reacted to the shitty monologue that Odenkirk had written for him. Have a look up top. Apparently, he even has proof:
"I had a little recorder, and I taped it because I loved it so much," Odenkirk said, smiling. "And he was right, God bless him. It wasn't a great monologue, but he's a trooper. I played it for many people. I don't know where it is now. It's at the bottom of a bin somewhere. It exists."
I sure do enjoy how Odenkirk tells a story. His voice and mannerisms are hilarious. I have a feeling that Jeremy Irons would have a good sense of humor about this as well. I wonder if he'll take notice? Let us know your thoughts on Bob's story below.
