Rob Zombie's THE LORDS OF SALEM will be hitting shelves on Blu-ray and DVD this September and we now have a look at the film's cover art and I gotta say, it's a bit disappointing. The movie is so strange and off its rocker that I was kind of hoping for something a little more ridiculous than the same image they used on the poster. You can take a peak at the art below along with all the details you'll need to know before picking this one up for yourself!
The film will arrive on Blu-ray Combo Pack with an UltraViolet Digital Copy and DVD on September 3, 2013. The 2-disc Blu-ray Combo Pack with an UltraViolet Digital Copy will include an audio commentary with writer/Producer/Director Rob Zombie and limited edition collectible packaging. The DVD will also include the audio commentary and limited edition collectible packaging. THE LORDS OF SALEM will be available on Blu-ray Combo Pack with an UltraViolet Digital Copy and DVD for the suggested retail price of $30.99 and $26.98, respectively.
Pre-order the Blu-ray HERE or the DVD HERE.
From the singular mind of horror maestro Rob Zombie comes a chilling plunge into a nightmare world where evil runs in the blood. THE LORDS OF SALEM tells the tale of Heidi (Sheri Moon Zombie), a radio station DJ living in Salem, Massachusetts, who receives a strange wooden box containing a record, a “gift from the Lords.” Heidi listens, and the bizarre sounds within the grooves immediately trigger flashbacks of the town’s violent past. Is Heidi going mad, or are the “Lords of Salem” returning for revenge on modern-day Salem?
The film stars Sheri Moon Zombie, Bruce Davison, Jeff Daniel Phillips, Ken Foree, Patricia Quinn, Dee Wallace, Maria Conchita Alonso, Judy Geeson and Meg Foster.
