Marvel's Black Widow is still on track for a theatrical release this summer, and now a batch of new images from the film have arrived online.
In addition to giving us great looks at Scarlett Johansson's Natasha Romanoff, Rachel Weisz's Nelina Vostkoff, Florence Pugh's Yelena Belova, and David Habour's Alexei Shostakov, we're also treated to a great shot of Taskmaster, who stands to make plenty of trouble for Widow's Russian found-family.
In Marvel Studios’ action-packed spy thriller Black Widow, Natasha Romanoff a.k.a. Black Widow confronts the darker parts of her ledger when a dangerous conspiracy with ties to her past arises. Pursued by a force that will stop at nothing to bring her down, Natasha must deal with her history as a spy and the broken relationships left in her wake long before she became an Avenger.
While Kevin Feige remains adamant about releasing Black Widow only in theaters, many Marvel fans are still holding out hope for a Disney+ Premiere Access release. This is because vaccines for the coronavirus are still in short supply, and some territories have yet to start mass inoculations. Granted we still have a few months to go before the film's release. Perhaps Marvel can make an exception for Black Widow? My fingers are officially crossed.
