Shortly after gracefully accepting the Special Rotten Tomatoes Award for The Razzie Nominee So Bad You Loved It, Dwayne Johnson took to his personal Twitter account to share a series of international posters for RAMPAGE, the wrestler-turned-action-star's upcoming cinematic monster mash.
Though the posters are the same – with the exception of the text being different for each region – they depict Johnson standing front-and-center with a gang of mutated monstrosities at his back. Fans of the arcade video game series upon which the movie is based will recognize these massive creatures as George the gorilla, Ralph the wolf, and Lizzie the lizard (now a gargantuan crocodile).
Check out a few of our new dope international RAMPAGE posters. Cant wait for you to meet our monsters created by Weta Digital (Avatar, Lord of the Rings etc)..

In RAMPAGE, Primatologist Davis Okoye (Johnson), a man who keeps people at a distance, shares an unshakable bond with George, the extraordinarily intelligent, silverback gorilla who has been in his care since birth. But a rogue genetic experiment gone awry mutates this gentle ape into a raging creature of enormous size. To make matters worse, it’s soon discovered there are other similarly altered animals. As these newly created alpha predators tear across North America, destroying everything in their path, Okoye teams with a discredited genetic engineer to secure an antidote, fighting his way through an ever-changing battlefield, not only to halt a global catastrophe but to save the fearsome creature that was once his friend.
When the Brad Peyton-directed over-the-top action film storms into theaters on April 20th, it will be up against some mighty fierce competition now that Marvel's AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR has been rescheduled for an April 27 release. It's possible that Warner Bros. will think twice about their current RAMPAGE release date, and push the film into the Summer, though as of now the movie is set to arrive on schedule. If you ask me, there's likely to be someone on Team RAMPAGE who's invented some new expletives after hearing the news of Marvel's Infinity War shift.
Here's hoping that RAMPAGE is a real crowd pleaser, and that the power of Dwayne Johnson is strong enough to keep RAMPAGE toward the top of the box office charts, for at least a few weeks.
