Best Movie & TV Trailers of the Week – Avengers, Aladdin, Long Shot

Hello and welcome to the best movie and TV trailers of the week!

Hope you have your tissues handy, because AVENGERS: ENDGAME is here to tug on your heart strings. The brand new trailer is here, featuring a mixture of new footage with old clips from previous entries over the past ten years, and honestly fam, it's a lot. To say I'm stoked to watch the gang go up against Thanos one last time would be a gross understatement.

Of course, the Avengers aren't the only ones relying on the power nostalgia and the box office sales it brings. ALADDIN is back with a brand new trailer, and despite the fact that Will Smith still looks undeniably goofy as the big blue Genie, this new look at Disney's latest live action adaptation definitely shines a brighter light on what the movie holds for us longtime fans. Playing "A Whole New World" is a smart move, because no matter what the footage in front of our eyes appears to be, hearing that song brings me back to the days of begging my parents to take me to the theater to see the latest Mickey Mouse flick, and I'm pretty sure I'm not alone in my helpless admiration of the classic tune.

There's also brand new trailers for the unlikely rom-com LONG SHOT starring Seth Rogen and Charlize Theron, the upcoming PET SEMATARY adaptation from STARRY EYES duo Kevin Kolsch and Dennis Widmyer, as well as an international trailer for SHAZAM, BATMAN VS TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES, THE HEAD HUNTER, CHARLIE SAYS, THE PUBLIC, FRAMING JOHN DELOREAN, and BACKDRAFT 2. 

Next up we have TV trailers! This week brings us brand new peeks at THE ROOK, SANTA CLARITA DIET Season 3, CHERNOBYL, ON MY BLOCK Season 2, CLOAK AND DAGGER Season 2, THE DISAPPEARANCE OF MADELEINE MCCANN, TUCA & BERTIE, RAMY, and GOTHAM Season 5.

It's a tough call, but the best trailer of the week award goes to none other than AVENGERS: ENDGAME. I mean, really, does any other trailer stand a chance? You've got Tony Stark marching alongside Black Widow, a clean shaven Captain America saying he can't move on, Natasha arguing that even if there's a small chance, "we owe this to everyone who's not in this room to try", and all the sweet new haircuts your heart could possibly desire. Also, Thor saying he likes Captain Marvel!? Be still my heart. I can't wait for April 26th gang. This one gives me all the feels.
