Back on Halloween of this past year, we let us guys know that Scream Factory has a special Collector’s Edition of the horror-comedy classic BEHIND THE MASK: THE RISE OF LESLIE VERNON in the works.
And today we have the Blu-ray's cover art and release date!
The new edition will be hitting on March 27, 2018, and the new cover art was created by artist Joel Robinson. On top of the new art, the disc will have a slipcover with the original poster as well.
There haven't been any special features announced yet, but we'll let you know when we hear more. Until then make sure to let us know if you'll be picking up a copy in the comments below or on social media!
BEHIND THE MASK synopsis:
Nice, normal-looking Leslie Vernon (Nathan Baesel) has an obsession with movie-style slashers like Michael Myers, Jason Voorhees and Freddy Krueger. Leslie decides to follow in the footsteps of his heroes, and, ever the self-promoter, invites a documentary filmmaker (Angela Goethals) and her crew to follow him around as he constructs his own grisly legacy.
BEHIND THE MASK is directed by Scott Glosserman and stars Nathan Baesel, Angela Goethals (HOME ALONE), Zelda Rubinstein (POLTERGEIST), Scott Wilson (THE WALKING DEAD), and Robert Englund.
