Anytime I post about THE LEGO MOVIE I get the “Everything is Awesome” song stuck in my head. Right now, I’m singing it out loud. As a Lego lover, I’m beyond excited to see this movie. It looks like a ton of fun. I’m kind of surprised that a major Lego movie wasn’t already made. Kids adore Lego.
We’ve already seen the Superman character poster, but now I have the one for Batman. If you notice, they both have cute little made-up words at the top like “Batitude” and “Superness”.
There’s a new TV spot for the film as well. If you don’t have “Everything is Awesome” stuck in your noggin already, you will after watching.
Synopsis:
The original 3D computer animated story follows Emmet, an ordinary, rules-following, perfectly average LEGO minifigure who is mistakenly identified as the most extraordinary person and the key to saving the world. He is drafted into a fellowship of strangers on an epic quest to stop an evil tyrant, a journey for which Emmet is hopelessly and hilariously underprepared.
THE LEGO MOVIE hits theaters on February 7, 2014.
