In five days Autobots and Decepticons return to virtually destroy the entire world while Mark Wahlberg tries to help – but is really not helping – in TRANSFORMERS: THE LAST KNIGHT. I’m sure you think you’ve seen all there is to see of this Rock ‘Em Sock ‘Em Robots reimagining, but Paramount has released a slew of new production photos from the movie. The images show off so new looks at the many alien robots we’ll be seeing, as well as Michael Bay shouting at someone with a mega phone. I can only guess by the scenery, but chances are he’s ordering someone to get him a tuna melt.
Take a look below!
At this point fans have become to expect a certain kind of quality with the robot smashing, and by god if THE LAST KNIGHT won't deliver on the promises of destroying every precious landmark we have left. Taking the series in a new direction is something the fifth movie in the franchise aims to do, but when I see the movie (because after ten years I've learned I cannot resist The Bay), I full expect to see much of the same, which is not entirely the worst thing in the world. Having Anthony Hopkins around is sure to make things a bit more interesting as he recites the history of the Transformers. I'm very much looking forward to proving how wrong my 7th grade history teacher was.
TRANSFORMERS: THE LAST KNIGHT arrives June 21.
