Okay, I’ll admit I’ve been very critical of AVP 2, but hey, the first film sucked. But knowing that this is a new team on board and they are trying to make the film darker and more true to each franchise, I will take back everything I’ve said about this upcoming film and wait to see it before I rush to judgment.
So for those of you who are looking forward to this film it should bring you pleasure to know that a clip of the film was shown at Amsterdam’s Cinema Expo and the crowd response was spectacular. The clip was prefaced by a short word from 20th Century Fox’s Tomas Jegeus and then the clip followed. According to Variety, the clip garnered a “shock response” from the crowd. – And I’m assuming that’s a good thing.
It’s too bad that this clip hasn’t leaked out on the net for us all to see, but keep checking back here at AITH for more updates on this film.
