Dead by Daylight Ash Williams

Last year, Lionsgate teamed with Apps Ministry to add the Ash vs. Evil Dead television series characters Ash Williams and Kelly Maxwell into the mobile shooter DEPLOY AND DESTROY. Now Lionsgate has made a deal with Behaviour Interactive to add Ash Williams into the horror game DEAD BY DAYLIGHT… and Bruce Campbell, who played Ash on the Ash vs. Evil Dead show and in a trilogy of films directed by Sam Raimi, is providing the voice of the character for the game.

DEAD BY DAYLIGHT is an

asymmetrical multiplayer horror game in which one crazed killer hunts four friends through a terrifying nightmare. Players take on the role of both killer and survivors in a deadly game of cat and mouse. It’s a mature gamer take on the thrills of hide and seek. DEAD BY DAYLIGHT is available on PC and consoles.

Playable killers in the game include horror icons Michael Myers, Freddy Krueger, and Leatherface.

Details on the addition of Ash:

Ash Williams arrives as the blowhard heroic monster fighter. 30 years after encountering creatures of unspeakable evil that cost him his hand he returned in Ash vs. Evil Dead as America’s oldest one-handed stock boy. Now, he’s back again in DEAD BY DAYLIGHT.

Ash Williams will be available in the in-game store on PC through Steam and other digital distribution channels and on PlayStation 4 and XBOX One on April 2nd.

This DLC includes:
– One Survivor and Perks: Ash Williams

Gamers attending the PAX East showcase in Boston will get the first chance to play as Ash at the DEAD BY DAYLIGHT booth from March 28th through the 31st.

It seems like I might need to start playing DEAD BY DAYLIGHT.
