In the mid-nineties, star Arnold Schwarzenegger and director Paul Verhoeven were riding high. Arnold was arguably the world's biggest star at the time, while he had one of his biggest hits ever teaming with Verhoeven on the classic TOTAL RECALL, which was produced by Carolco Pictures.
