Christmas just isn’t the same without Arnold Schwarzenegger – and we’re not just talking about holiday classic Jingle All the Way. Arnold has gotten into the Christmas spirit in a big way yet again this year, giving out presents at a youth center in Los Angeles, something he has been doing for over three decades. And he has a pretty sincere reason for doing so.
As he wrote on TikTok (yes, Arnold is on TikTok), “There is a reason I have been handing out presents at the Hollenback Center in Boyle Heights for over 30 years. When I first came to America, my friends at Gold’s Gym were so generous. They brought me in during Christmas time and made me feel so happy and included. I love being able to give back and see the smiles on the kids’ faces when they get their gifts. Merry Christmas to all!” The caption accompanied a video of Arnold handing out Christmas gifts, adding more proof that he’s one of the most genuine and hardest-working celebrities out there. And is that Turbo-Man we see…?
@arnoldschnitzel Do the work. So pumped up that we now have clips of my Be Useful audiobook available for you to use here on TikTok and can’t wait to see your best videos.

While Home Alone, Elf and A Christmas Story get most of the love when it comes to family-friendly holiday movies, there’s really no reason Jingle All the Way can’t join the (nice) list. It may have initially seemed weird to see Arnold in such a goofy Christmas comedy, but it holds up pretty nicely more than 25 years after its release. (We should point out that Phil Hartman deserves a lot of credit there.) But Jingle All the Way isn’t the only holiday movie Arnold Schwarzenegger has been involved with. You might be surprised to learn that he directed a TV movie remake of Christmas in Connecticut, starring Dyan Cannon, Kris Kristofferson and Tony Curtis. Admittedly, I haven’t seen that one, but I seriously doubt it would ever take the place of Arnold and Sinbad.
Arnold Schwarzenegger also posted a video last month of himself and some helpers handing out turkeys for Thanksgiving. Now if we can just get an all-time classic Arnold Thanksgiving movie…
