Earlier this month we shared the new poster for THE NEW MUTANTS, director Josh Boone's "horror movie" set within the world of the X-MEN/Marvel Universe. Today we have a more in-depth look at Anya Taylor-Joy's character Illyana Rasputin a.k.a. Magik.

The quick motion poster (of sorts) comes to us via the film's official Twitter account and boats the ominous line "They said art would save your soul. They Lied." Brrr…

NEW MUTANTS synopsis:

A diverse cadre of teens are learning to cope with their superpowers. These new mutants find themselves held in a secret facility against their will and must battle the dangers of their powers, as well as the sins of their past.

The film is directed by Josh Boone and stars Anya Taylor-Joy (THE WTICH), Maisie Williams (GAME OF THRONES), Charlie Heaton (STRANGER THINGS), and Alice Braga (CITY OF GOD).

NEW MUTANTS is set to hit April 13, 2018.
