The magic makers over at Marvel have recently summoned a hard-working cast and crew to begin work on WANDAVISION, the upcoming superhero series destined for Disney+. And with production now in full-swing, fans of the MCU can expect bits and bobs of information to begin bubbling to the surface about what's to come for Marvel's poster couple, Wanda Maximoff (Elizabeth Olsen) and Vision (Paul Bettany).

Most recently, it was revealed that Christophe Beck, who recently completed music for FROZEN 2, and worked on ANT-MAN and ANT-MAN AND THE WASP, will be providing the score for WANDAVISION. Word has it that WANDAVISION is going to be quite the psychedelic experience, so here's hoping that Beck digs deep into his private stash for inspiration when scoring Marvel's upcoming sci-fi romance-driven adventure.

"One of the things that I'm most excited about that I have coming up in the next year is a Marvel miniseries for the new Disney+ streaming platform. It's called WandaVision," Beck stated during a recent Society of European Stage Authors and Composers interview. "It features Scarlet Witch and Vision, two characters from the Avengers movies. I scored Ant-Man film and its sequel Ant-Man and The Wasp and have a great working relationship with Marvel. Really enjoy working with them and I'm really excited for this upcoming TV project which is very, very unique and special in a lot of ways."

In addition to WANDAVISION, Beck is poised to provide scores for the following list of upcoming films: SCOOB, FREE GUY, and TOM AND JERRY.

What are you hoping for when WANDAVISION makes its Disney+ debut? Are you looking for something otherworldly and strange, or are you curious to see Marvel dabble in a techno-thriller with plenty of social commentary? Think EX MACHINA meets PLEASANTVILLE. Personally, I'm hoping that this show gets weird, and isn't afraid to embrace a few horror elements amidst the magic, mischief, and mech-related drama.

WANDAVISION is expected to debut on Disney+ sometime in 2020.
