An extended Ant-Man TV spot tells us to pick on someone our own size

We haven't seen quite the same degree of marketing for ANT-MAN that Disney bestowed upon AVENGERS: AGE OF ULTRON but, with ANT-MAN's release just over a month away, it will be interesting to see how they plan to market the film to the masses during this home stretch. A new extended TV spot has been released and it highlights some of the humour and action we'll get to see in full before too long. Check it out below.

When Edgar Wright dropped out of ANT-MAN I think many of us were doubtful that we'd receive anything more than a mediocre entry in Marvel's cinematic universe; but as we've gotten a better look at the film I think we may be in for something that could be quite a lot of fun. Even if the film doesn't end up being as good as I hope, it's not like this will be the last time we see Ant-Man take to the big screen.

The next evolution of the Marvel Cinematic Universe brings a founding member of The Avengers to the big screen for the first time with Marvel Studios’ “Ant-Man.” Armed with the astonishing ability to shrink in scale but increase in strength, master thief Scott Lang must embrace his inner-hero and help his mentor, Dr. Hank Pym, protect the secret behind his spectacular Ant-Man suit from a new generation of towering threats. Against seemingly insurmountable obstacles, Pym and Lang must plan and pull off a heist that will save the world.

ANT-MAN is set for a July 17, 2015 release.
