The Walking Dead's mid-season finale (is that a thing now?) aired last night and for those of you who haven't had a chance to catch up, I'm NOT going to spoil it for you here so no worries. Suffice it to say that stuff went down and emotions ran rampant! The show's on a bit of a hiatus until its return in February, but AMC did toss out a sneak peak of what's to come. While it doesn't exactly jump into the details of what went down in the last episode, I'd advise AGAINST watching it just in case you're not caught up.
For those of you who want to get into the sweet, spoilery details of last night's episode, feel free to check our review here. Again, there are SPOILERS in that review, so read at your own risk. While it's going to be a long wait until February, one of the upsides of having a mid-season break is that it allows audiences the opportunity to digest what's gone on thus far. I'd wager to say any TV show is better to watch in rapid succession, and no doubt there will be a ton of viewers to do so of the first eight episodes before the show's return. That should allow people a solid perspective before going into the second half.
The Walking Dead: Season 5 will return to AMC on February 8, 2015.
