All Movie Release Date changes for 2020 and beyond! (updated)

This is a running list and updated frequently to reflect new changes (last update April 20th)

It's an unprecedented time for everyone with so many industries hit hard by Covid-19, not least of all the film world, particularly theatrical releases. With theaters closed all over the world due to the spreading virus, every major studio has had to shift titles to later dates, some of them delaying for a full year, some still without a home. Beyond that, production shutdowns will undoubtedly delay the release of future productions as well (which is likely why many 2020 titles have been delayed into 2021).

Below is a list of all the changes to help you keep track, with new release dates for all the spring/summer/fall releases. We plan to update this article and bump it each time we have significant changes, but this is as up-to-date as can be for early April 2020. It's also important to note that some titles sitting in spots for May/June/July (or later) simply may be holding in place without a firm decision on when to release, so keep that in mind when planning to see a particular title. Everything is at the mercy of the pandemic and studios are shifting titles for a number of variables, which include the obvious (staying safe from Covid-19), but also working around every other studios' shifting schedule so as not to release on overcrowded dates, but also making sure they have something to release into 2021, while productions for that timeframe are currently shut down.

Obviously, all of these are subject to change (and many likely will) and we'll update accordingly.
