Alison Pill joins American Horror Story: Election

The new season of Ryan Murphy's AMERICAN HORROR STORY is currently filming and the cast is rounding itself out. We recently heard that Lady Gaga was NOT going to be joining in on the horror this time around, but today we have word on another actress that will be featured in the new season.

Alison Pill has been confirmed to have joined AHS: ELECTION via AHS Leaks and AHStoryNet on Twitter. In one of the pictures below (the very bottom), you can catch a glimpse of her on set.

Pill is probably best known as the drummer chick from Edgar Wright's SCOTT PILGRIM VS THE WORLD but may be better known in the horror community for starring alongside Elijah Wood in the killer kids flick COOTIES.

IMDb has Pill listed as only appearing in episode 7 of this upcoming season, but you know how reliable IMDb can be so let's all just take this news with a grain of salt at the moment. Still I'm a budding fan of Alison Pill so I'm excited to see her bring her choice deadpan humor to AHS this season.
