Alison Brie Talks about Glow Movie Possibilities

Are you a fan of Netflix's GLOW series? I suppose it's not for everyone, but I certainly enjoyed its dose of 80s nostalgia along with excellent helpings of humor and heart. Sadly, it was recently announced that the show would not be returning for a fourth and final season. However, rumors of a final GLOW movie have been circulating. Series star, Alison Brie (COMMUNITY) recently weighed in on the possibilities:

“I’m a little pessimistic about it actually happening just in light of everything that’s gone on this year and how difficult it is to get anything back into production with COVID."

Well, damn, that certainly sucks. I know many other projects have started production back up during these times, but I guess it's different for everyone. I don't think Brie hates the show because it really catapulted her career. Hopefully something comes about to give GLOW a fitting send off. In the meantime, I'm still hoping for more COMMUNITY – six seasons and a movie!
