Last weekend I was able to watch all three of George Miller’s MAD MAX films that I had seen as a kid but I know I didn’t fully appreciate that world until this viewing. So after watching the amazing trailer for MAD MAX: FURY ROAD, the next installment, for the twentieth time, I am probably more excited for this than any other movie in 2015. It's going to be so insane that I’m sure we will be limping out of the theater, and that has me giddy. Some new images have been released and they bring on the crazy and weird as one would expect.
Here is the synopsis:
Mad Max is caught up with a group of people fleeing across the Wasteland in a War Rig driven by the Imperator Furiosa. This movie is an account of the Road War which follows.
Fury Road is said to be mostly dialogue free, meaning you better be up for one hell of a ride. Paraphrasing Hitchcock, Miller said that he wanted the film to be understood in Japan without the use of subtitles. It’s been thirty years since Miller delivered a Max movie; the man has out a lot into this I’m sure. Are you a fan of MAD MAX? Are you looking forward to this craziness?
MAD MAX: FURY ROAD, starring Tom Hardy, Charlize Theron and Nicholas Hoult, will be unleashed on May 15, 2015.
