Has it really been more than four months since we last heard about A LONELY PLACE TO DIE starring Melissa George? The last we heard was from one of our guys, Jared Pacheco, slapping up a couple of stills from the nature flick.
Thanks to Blood-Disgusting, we have ourselves another peek into some work being done and this time it’s official artwork. Click on the preview below to be redirected for a larger view. Want to know what to expect? Not much. There isn’t a lot to go on but a nice nature look on a creepy night. I guess if you can imagine the evil-dooer of the flick holding the flashlight in the poster looking straight at you then it might be as creepy as it was meant to be. Either that or they were going for a subtle chill. Works either way.
A LONELY PLACE TO DIE revolves around A group of five mountaineers are hiking and climbing in the Scottish Highlands when they discover a young Serbian girl buried in a small chamber in the wilderness.
They become caught up in a terrifying game of cat and mouse with the kidnappers as they try to get the girl to safety.
It’s not the most original piece ever but it’ll make for some sweet chills. The film stars Melissa George (TURISTAS, AMITYVILLE HORROR, 30 DAYS OF NIGHT) Ed Speleers (ERAGON), Sean Harris (RED RIDING, HARRY BROWN, BRIGHTON ROCK), and Karel Roden (THE BOURNE SUPREMACY, ROCKNROLLA, ORPHAN). A LONELY PLACE TO DIE (Previously known as THE GRAVE AT ANGEL’S PEAK) is directed by Julian Gilbey.
