WE REMEMBER: BRANDON LEE (1965-1993)

Last Updated on July 30, 2021

Welcome to WTF Happened to This Celebrity, "We Remember" edition. A spin off from our popular WTF series, this will focus on some of our all-time favourite celebrities who've passed away. It's a chance to give us all the opportunity to look back at their legacies and celebrate the amazing work they put out throughout their lifetimes. On the anniversary of his death, we examine the life and work of the great Brandon Lee (1965-1993).

The son of the iconic Bruce Lee, Brandon had to struggle with his father's legacy to establish himself as a leading man in his own right, but he managed to do so in remarkably short time, with his three big action flicks, SHOWDOWN IN LITTLE TOKYO, RAPID FIRE and THE CROW all having passed the test of time. Had he lived, there's little doubt that Brandon Lee would have emerged as one of the biggest stars of his era.
