The Out-Laws trailer finds Adam Devine teaming up with Pierce Brosnan and Ellen Barkin for a bank heist

Meeting your partner’s parents can be challenging. Regardless of your confidence in your relationship, a wrong move with the parental units can spell disaster for your future. For Adam Devine‘s Owen Browning, he never banked on his fiancee’s parents being accomplished bank robbers. This hurdle is a tricky jump for Owen, a by-the-books bank manager, and all-around goofball. In Netflix‘s The Out-Laws trailer, Owen and his fiancee Parker (Nina Dobrev) discover Parker’s parents are the notorious Ghost Bandits, and they need the couple’s help to get them out of a jam.

Tyler Spindel (Jack and Jill, Paul Blart: Mall Cop, The Wrong Missy) directs from a script by Evan Turner and Ben Zazove (Sherlock Gnomes). The official synopsis says, “Owen Browning (Adam Devine) is a straight-laced bank manager about to marry the love of his life, Parker (Nina Dobrev). When the infamous Ghost Bandits hold up his bank during his wedding week, he believes his future in-laws (Pierce Brosnan and Ellen Barkin), who just arrived in town, are the infamous Out-Laws.”

Michael Rooker, Poorna Jagannathan, Julie Hagerty, Richard Kind, Lil Rel Howery, Blake Anderson, Lauren Lapkus, Laci Mosley join Devine, Dobrev, Brosnan, and Barkin in the cast. Adam Sandler, Devine, and Allen Covert produce, with Brendan O’Brien, Isaac Horner, Ben Osmand, and Barry Bernardi executive producing.

In Netflix’s The Oul-Laws trailer, Owen and Parker are shocked to learn Parker’s parents are stylish criminals. While Owen’s parents attempt to make heads or tails of their son’s soon-to-be in-laws, the happy couple gets pulled into a heist that could save or destroy the family. Instead of running away from the problem, Owen and Parker join the Ghost Bandits to complete a heist that could rescue the group from the mercy of a rival gang of bank robbers. Hilarity ensues as Owen tries to channel his inner badass to show Parker and her family he’s not as timid and accident-prone as everyone thinks.
