Formerly known as Fox Hunt Drive, director Drew Walkup‘s ride-share thriller feature has enjoyed a successful run on the festival circuit and is now ready to receive a VOD release tomorrow, July 26th, under the title Endangered. In anticipation of the film’s VOD release, we’ve gotten our hands on EXCLUSIVE clip that gives a look at a tense moment. You can check it out in the embed above!
Scripted by Adam Armstrong and Marcus Devivo, Endangered follows
Alison, an aspiring architect who spends her evenings trying to make ends meet as a ride-share driver. While wrapping up her shift she decides to take on one last passenger – only to find herself in unexpected danger when she discovers the mysterious stranger is not whom he appears to be.
The film stars Lizzie Zerebko (For the People) as Alison, with Michael Olavson (Orders) as The Passenger. Also in the cast are Edward Craig, Ryan Forrestal, Sam Lukowski, J.R. Ridge, Alea Figueroa, Christopher Labato, Stefen Laurantz, Kevin Morgan, Shane Costa, Danny Loecken, Tyler Reefer, David Christiano, Jennifer Hill, Liz M. Day, John Hardy, Ronald Fox, Ronyai Hawkins, and Mary Jane Bostic.
The exclusive Endangered clip we have above features Zerebko and Olavson, playing out a moment where Alison has already become very suspicious of the passenger she has riding in her car.
Alejandro Treviño produced Endangered, while Walkup served as executive producer alongside screenwriters Armstrong and Devivo, plus Ken Goldstone, Bill Heavener, and Stephen Maddocks. Armstrong and Devivo earned their first feature writing credits on this movie, which also makes Walkup’s feature directorial debut.
Endangered looks interesting to me, so I will be watching it on VOD after watching our exclusive clip? Speaking of, what did you think of the clip itself? Does this look like a movie you would want to watch? Let us know by leaving a comment below.
