She-Hulk CGI sends superhero fans into a rage after getting our first look at Marvel’s new series

Marvel has unveiled the first trailer for She-Hulk: Attorney at Law, causing quite the stir. In addition to celebrating the long-awaited arrival of Jennifer Walters in the MCU, fans are working themselves into a rage over the show’s CGI. While the She-Hulk CGI does look questionable at times, we’ve still got time until the show’s August 17 launch on Disney+.

The trailer features the return of Mark Ruffalo as Bruce Banner, who’s still enjoying his Professor Hulk form. We also get a brief look at Tim Roth’s Abomination, Jameela Jamil’s Titania, Eugene Patilio, aka Frog-Man, and Tatiana Maslany’s Jennifer Walters, particularly all of her green glory. The show looks funny, fourth-wall-breaking, and even steamy, but She-Hulk’s CGI is hogging the spotlight. Except for that moment when She-Hulk carries a gorgeous man off to the bedroom. Marvel clearly understood the assignment here and is playing to the crowd in a big way.

You can check out some of the She-Hulk CGI discourse below:

I think Mr. Rogers raises a fine point. It’s entirely possible that the She-Hulk CGI is not complete and that what we see in the trailer is merely a preview of things to come. I’d also like to note that Hulk’s appearance has changed subtly yet dramatically throughout his MCU career. The chances are that Marvel is working around the clock to fine-tune Jennifer’s look before the show’s August 17 premiere.

What do you think of the She-Hulk CGI in its current form? Do you think Marvel will “pull a Sonic the Hedgehog” at the eleventh hour before the show’s official release? If they don’t, will you still tune in? Let us know in the comments section below.
