Quentin Tarantino, Justice League, Zack Snyder's Justice Leage

Quentin Tarantino is not one to mince his words so it's interesting to hear some of his thoughts on industry news. When it comes to the fan demand of Zack Snyder's Justice League, the prolific director actually thought their persistence was pretty "groovy."

Tarantino recently sat down with the hosts of ReelBlend podcast, where CinemaBlend’s Sean O’Connell turned the conversation to Zack Snyder's Justice League and while he hasn't seen the 4-hour cut yet, he did offer up his support on the project:

"I haven’t seen it, because I don’t have HBO Max, but that’s something I would like to see. I never saw the other one. I never saw (Justice League) when it was at the theaters. But I’d be kind of curious to see his four hour, you know, his original vision on that. I actually thought that was really groovy. And I actually thought the fans were really groovy, the fact that they kept persisting on it. Didn’t he do something like that with Watchmen, as well? But this one was like, the fans demanded it. I think that’s really groovy."

For some reason, I thought Tarantino would have the opposite reaction to the fan demand for Zack Snyder's Justice League but I'm happy to see that he supported it. I know that some fandom can be toxic but it can't be denied that the fan demand for the "real Justice League" really caused a significant movement that allowed the Snyder Cut to take shape.

What are YOUR thoughts on Tarantino's opinion about the Snyder Cut of Justice League?
