Gosling’s boner

Unfortunately, thus far my generation has yet to produce any actors that would be considered “great” or “promising.” Instead all I seem to see is a bunch of actors who are of the cookie-cutter variety who care more about MTV appearances than the art of acting, and as an actor, that’s insulting. But luckily there is one actor who has not only won my respect, but also the Academy’s respect, and that person is Ryan Gosling (Anyone who hasn’t seen HALF NELSON needs to see it very soon!). And it just so happens that Gosling has just signed on to star in Peter Jackson’s LOVELY BONES along side Rachel Weisz.

LOVELY BONES follows Susie Salmon, who is murdered but continues to observe her family on Earth after her death. Removed from the world she once knew, Susie witnesses the impact of her loss on her loved ones, while her killer skillfully covers his tracks and prepares to murder again. Gosling will apparently play Susie’s father, Jack Salmon.
