Saoirse Ronan and James Gandolfini to star in Daisy and Violet!

If you’re a fan of Saoirse Ronan and James Gandolfini then you’re going to dig this. Gandolfini and Ronan will be headlining a new indie thriller titled DAISY AND VIOLET which centers around teenage hitmen girls. That’s right. Teenage girls who work as assassins. Do I need to clarify it any longer?

The film will be Geoffrey Fletcher’s next tale after his Oscar winning film, PRECIOUS, as he’s been working on it ever since. 

DAISY AND VIOLET centers on a pair of teenage assassins who are lured into what is supposed to be just another quick and easy job, only to find complications as the man they’re supposed to kills is not what they expected.

The film will be Geoffrey Fletcher’s next tale after his Oscar winning film, PRECIOUS, as he’s been working on it ever since. Ronan will obviously play one of the teenage girls while James Gandolfini may have a role as something more sinister. 

So what can expect from Fletcher’s DAISY AND VIOLET? It’s hard to say. PRECIOUS isn’t actually a hardcore thriller but then again there is THE PROFESSIONAL. Will we get something along those lines? If so then count me in! Bullets, young broads and Tony Soprano? This flick should have it all! Theoretically…
