New international Priest trailer will absolve you of your sins!

Last Updated on July 23, 2021

So we’ve got the new International Trailer of PRIEST for your liking that pretty much shows exactly the same but different shite at the same time. Weird.

Whether you’re into PRIEST or not, you gotta admit the graphic novel was sweet stuff. I’m still curious (on the edge really) on how well this is going transfer on film. I gave Paul Bettany a chance to wield the supernatural sword in LEGION and boy did that blow whale chunks. Will Bettany redeem himself in this flick as PREIST? We’ll just have to wait and see.

Take a look at the international trailer below and let us know how you feel about the minuscule changes throughout the trailer. Maybe they decided to have more action for the international audience? Perhaps?

PRIEST is set in a world ravaged by centuries of war between man and vampires. Paul Bettany is Priest, a legendary warrior priest during the last Vampire War, who now lives in obscurity among the other human inhabitants in walled-in dystopian cities controlled by the Church. But when his 18-year-old niece is abducted by a murderous pack of vampires in the desolate wastelands outside, Priest breaks his sacred vows and ventures out to find her and seek vengeance upon those responsible, especially their brutal leader (Karl Urban). Priest is joined on his crusade by his niece’s boyfriend, Hicks (Cam Gigandet), a local outpost sheriff, and Priestess (Maggie Q), a member of his former legion of vampire-killers who has otherworldly fighting skills.

The film stars Paul Bettany, Karl Urban, Cam Gigandet, Maggie Q, Lily Collins, Brad Dourif, Stephen Moyer, and Christopher Plummer. Kick some vampire ass next May.
