First pic from Eli Roth’s The Green Inferno!

Last Updated on August 2, 2021

ELI ROTH finally went back to the director’s chair with THE GREEN INFERNO (he’s been MIA since Hostel 2 in 2007) and a FIRST PIC from the film just popped up online. See it below! THE GREEN INFERNO is inspired by the cannibal-themed exploitation flicks from the 70’s and 80’s (like Cannibal Holocaust) and it stars Lorenza Izzo, Ariel Levy and Sky Ferreira. Here’s what it’s about:

A group of student activists from New York City travel to the Amazon to protect a dying tribe, but crash in the jungle and are taken hostage by the very natives they saved.

I hate when that happens! The film has no release date just yet but 2013 seems to be the year. More juice when we get some!
