Mark Neveldine’s The Vatican Tapes possesses a new poster

Last month we brought you the trailer for Mark Neveldine's upcoming exorcism flick THE VATICAN TAPES, which stars Michael Pena, Djimon Hounsou, Dougray Scott, Peter Andersson, Olivia Dudley, and Cas Anvar. Now our pals over at Fangoria have shared the new poster for the July 24th release and you can check it out below.

THE VATICAN TAPES follows…

…the ultimate battle between good and evil—God vs. Satan. Angela Holmes [Olivia Taylor Dudley] is an ordinary 27-year-old until she begins to have a devastating effect on anyone close, causing serious injury and death. Holmes is examined and possession is suspected, but when the Vatican is called upon to exorcise the demon, the possession proves to be an ancient satanic force more powerful than ever imagined. It’s all up to Father Lozano [Michael Peña] to wage war for more than just Angela’s soul, but for the world as we know it.”

Here's hoping that this one can deliver where so many other recent exorcism-themed horror films have fell short. We'll find out on July 24.
