Twin Peaks official teasers feature Agent Cooper, Bob, and dead Laura Palmer

David Lynch's classic TV series TWIN PEAKS will finally air its third season Sunday, May 21 on Showtime, with the whole thing kicking off with a two hour premiere.

The only details we officially know about the new season is that Lynch has been noted as saying, "the story of Laura Palmer’s last seven days is very, very important for this."

Yeah, I know that's not much to go on. But, truthfully, neither are these clips.

They are SOMETHING to watch, sure, but unless the TWIN PEAKS peeps are hiding clues and secret messages and Slusho cups and sh*t in their commercials now too, we'll just have to accept these for what they are and keep waiting for the new season to strike.

Widely considered one of the most groundbreaking and influential broadcast series of all time, TWIN PEAKS followed the inhabitants of a quaint northwestern town who were stunned after their homecoming queen Laura Palmer was shockingly murdered. The town's sheriff welcomed the help of FBI agent Dale Cooper, who came to town to investigate the case. As Cooper conducted his search for Laura's killer, the town's secrets were gradually exposed.
