Soldiers run into zombies in an exclusive Day of the Dead: Bloodline clip

The release of a brand new remake of George A. Romero's 1985 black sheep classic DAY OF THE DEAD (which was previously remade in 2008) is now only two weeks away, and today we have an EXCLUSIVE clip to share from the film that gives a glimpse of its zombies in action.

Directed by Hèctor Hernández Vicens, this film may be based on concepts created by Romero, but its zombies are definitely not Romero zombies. As we saw in the trailer, these zombies are runners… and as this clip shows, they're also incredibly noisy, constantly screeching and roaring. You can hear these things coming long before you see them.

Titled DAY OF THE DEAD: BLOODLINE, this remake tells the following story: 

In a post-apocalyptic, zombie-filled society, a former med school student is tormented by a dark figure from her past. The only thing is, he’s a half-human, half-zombie hell-bent on destroying her world.

Sophie Skelton and Johnathon Schaech star alongside  Lorina Kamburova, Marcus Vanco, Nick Loeb, Rachel O'Meara, Debbie Sherman, Luke Cousins, Nathan Cooper, and Cristina Serafini.
