I'm eagerly awaiting the release of director-writer and star John Krasinski's upcoming supernatural horror flick A QUIET PLACE co-starring his lovely wife Emily Blunt. So much so that I have been actively seeking out any and all info I can on the film. Including today's video…

I stumbled across this on YouTube the other day, and I cannot stop thinking about it. Sure, it seems like a silly thing to post on AITH, but hell, it can't all be Stephen King's IT and ASH VS EVIL DEAD news all the time, can it? No, let's not do that.

It is with this in mind I wanted to pass along this hilarious and fun video, which features Kransinki getting the absolute hell scared out of him by some dude dressed as Freddy Krueger while on Ellen. It's a treat and a half, and I suggest watching it all day.

Synopsis:

If they can’t hear you, they can’t hunt you. A family lives an isolated existence in utter silence, for fear of an unknown threat that follows and attacks at any sound.

The film was directed and co-written by John Krasinski, who also co-stars alongside Emily Blunt, Noah Jupe, and Millicent Simmonds. It premieres as the Opening Night film at SXSW on March 9, 2018.
