Australian born Eric Bana has proven to be one of the strongest actors in film today. From his early work in CHOPPER to his incredible performance in MUNICH, the man continues to prove what a major talent he is.
In his latest film HANNA, he portrays a father who trains his sixteen-year-old daughter to survive. Ultimately, he must turn her into a killer. Why? You’ll have to see the movie to find out more, but Bana continues to take on challenging roles and make them work. He and his co-star, Saoirse Ronan share a wonderful on-screen bond, and it only make the film all the more powerful.
When we briefly spoke to Eric, he talked about the role and what it was about Hanna that brought him on-board. He also spoke about finding a brother/sister connection to Saoirse while they were shooting the film.
See Eric shine thanks to an incredible performance when Hanna opens this Friday. It is an incredible film, one that is worth searching for.
