Here’s the second trailer for Joss Whedon’s loving hate letter to horror, Cabin in the Woods

When I watched the trailer for CABIN IN THE WOODS for the first time, two emotions were running through my head: confusion and excitement.

I think I might know what’s going on with the horror flick from the amazing Joss Whedon and writer of CLOVERFIELD, Drew Goddard, but it will most likely throw me for a loop in the end. The second trailer for the film comes to us as an exclusive from FearNet. It’s much, much shorter than the first trailer we saw and offers just a couple of new things. Regardless, I’m excited.

Synopsis: “Five friends go to a remote cabin in the woods. Bad things happen. If you think you know this story, think again. From fan favorites Joss Whedon and Drew Goddard comes THE CABIN IN THE WOODS, a mind blowing horror film that turns the genre inside out.”

The film is due of April 13, 2012 and stars Kristen Connolly, Chris Hemsworth, Anna Hutchison, Fran Kranz, Jesse Williams, Richard Jenkins, Bradley Whitford.
