Check out some deleted scenes from the upcoming American Hustle Blu-ray

Last Updated on August 2, 2021

While AMERICAN HUSTLE came up short of winning Best Picture at the Academy Awards a couple weeks ago, it still remains one of the top ten films of 2013. David O. Russell brought together the stars of his last two films alongside Jeremy Renner, Louis CK, Michael Pena, and Jack Huston to direct a movie that would have been right at home with the films of Martin Scorsese in the 70s and 80s. Great acting and a great script means AMERICAN HUSTLE is a must see.

Hitting Blu-ray next week, here are a pair of deleted scenes available on the two-disc set. Both scenes center on Jeremy Renner‘s character of Carmine Polito, the mayor of Camden, New Jersey. First is Carmine dealing with some punk kids who break his car’s rear window while the other gives us Renner’s singing abilities on display. Both go to show that David O. Russell filmed enough footage for AMERICAN HUSTLE that it could have ended up as long as THE WOLF OF WALL STREET.

There are other deleted scenes floating around out there but you may want to wait to see them in HD when AMERICAN HUSTLE hits Blu-ray on March 18th. Click here to pre-order your copy today.
