Catch an encore screening of Interstellar at AMC theaters this Saturday

Christopher Nolan is reason enough to see one of his films in the IMAX format, and if you didn't have a chance to check out INTERSTELLAR in its grandest fashion, AMC theaters is giving moviegoers a second chance this weekend. On Saturday, February 21st, AMC will be screening an encore performance of INTERSTELLAR in IMAX, followed by 12 minutes of behind-the-scenes footage. If that wasn't enough, tickets are buy one, get one free. If, for whatever reason, you never got around to seeing this flick in theaters, this is definitely the way to go. You can treat a friend to boot! It's that post-Valentine's (b)romance that'll catch 'em off-guard! You can order tickets here, but I've included a list of theaters showing the film below.

It's worth noting that as with many IMAX special events, the first 300 guests will receive an limited edition print. While I felt that INTERSTELLAR was a bit of a misfire, I have no regrets at all about seeing that film up on the big screen. There are a handful of scenes in the film that rank up there with some of the best scenes in 2014 and absolutely make a theater screening essential. That is, of course, providing you've already gotten your FIFTY SHADES fix.
