There are a few ways you can assemble the Avengers. You can either hope one of the members of Marvel's superhero team let out the rallying cry for them to gather together, or you can start piecing them together using LEGO and you're all set. One sounds a lot easier than the other.
That's why LEGO MARVEL'S AVENGERS makes perfect sense, because… well, I really shouldn't have to explain to you both the literal and figurative ways it all works. And given the rather expansive nature of the LEGO video games, you're going to get a wide-ranging world if you choose to pop this one into the console of your choosing. Offering up story content from THE AVENGERS, AVENGERS: AGE OF ULTRON, both CAPTAIN AMERICA movies, THOR: THE DARK WORLD and IRON MAN 3, you now have an interactive component that sticks you right smack in the middle of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Mix in that customary LEGO brand of humor, and this is one any fan of the MCU should want to get their hands on.
Coming out of New York Comic-Con, we now have a new look at the game, which hits early next year, so take a look and see how many references to those early Phases of the MCU you can properly identify and maybe even geek out a little over.
LEGO MARVEL'S AVENGERS hits video game shelves everywhere on January 26, 2016.
