While cop flicks are a dime a dozen, it's been a while since we've had a really good movie about firefighters, but hopefully that'll change with NO EXIT. Variety is reporting that Miles Teller and Josh Brolin have signed to star in the planned film, which will tell "the true story of the Granite Mountain Hotshots, a group of firefighters that faced one of the deadliest wildfires in history in order to save an Arizona town, resulting in the tragic death of 19 crew members."
OBLVION and TRON: LEGACY director Joseph Kosinski is helming the actioner, and he'll be directing from a script by BLACK HAWK DOWN penner Ken Nolan. A production start date hasn't been set yet, and there's also no word on if this will Kosinski's (who has been attached to a number of projects since the release of OBLVION) next feature directorial effort. Who would you like to see star alongside Teller and Brolin in NO EXIT?
Brolin just recently finished shooting for the Jody Hill-directed comedy THE LEGACY OF A WHITETAIL DEER HUNTER, which is due out on December 25, 2017, while Teller can be seen next on the big screen in THE DIVERGENT SERIES: ALLEGIANT on March 18, 2016.
