Dave Franco and Emma Roberts play a dangerous game in the trailer for Nerve

Based on the novel of the same name, NERVE tells the story of a high school senior (Emma Roberts) who finds herself immersed in an online game of truth or dare, where her every move starts to become manipulated by an anonymous community of "watchers." Through a series of events she finds herself teamed up with a stranger (Dave Franco), and as the dares become more dangerous, the two rely on each other for survival. THE HUNGER GAMES meets SAW? You betcha, and it totally works! Take a look!

While I think Dave Franco pulls off comic relief better than the "everyman", he's still a pretty likable presence and I'm sure him and Emma Roberts are rockin' some decent chemistry. The premise is nothing totally new, but it may pave the way for some entertaining predicaments. As per usual, it looks like the trailer takes it a step too far, but I'm willing to bet NERVE doesn't have the nerve to go with a down ending. Any takers?
