Army of Thieves images show off cast of Army of the Dead prequel

Zack Snyder's Army of the Dead proved to be a hit for Netflix when it was released back and May and soon we will see how Dieter (Matthias Schweighöfer) embarked on a much different adventure in the prequel, Army of Thieves. Netflix has released the first images from the film and gave us a hint as to when we can see the project.

Directed by Matthias Schweighöfer, "In this prequel to Zack Snyder's Army of the Dead, a small-town bank teller Dieter gets drawn into the adventure of a lifetime when a mysterious woman recruits him to join a crew of Interpol's most wanted criminals, attempting to heist a sequence of legendary, impossible-to-crack safes across Europe." The prequel also stars Nathalie Emmanuel, Ruby O. Fee, Stuart Martin, Guz Khan, Jonathan Cohen, and Noémie Nakai. You can check out the first-look images below!

Army of Thieves is written by Shay Hatten with a story from Zack Snyder. While there is no firm release date yet, Netflix has revealed that we should expect it in the Fall of this year.
