Last Updated on July 30, 2021

Any Bat-fan worth their salt knows that BATMAN: THE ANIMATED SERIES is the crown jewel of the Dark Knight's long-standing history of televised entertainment. Developed by Bruce Timm and Eric Radomski and produced by Warner Bros. Animation, the half-hour animated program brought joy to boys and girls mostly during their after school hours from 1992-1995. In that time, the show gave us some of the best interactions shared between Batman and the Joker, not to mention the debut of Harley Quinn, Mr. Freeze's finest hour, and eventually, BATMAN: MASK OF THE PHANTASM. The series has been available via DVD for a number of years, but now, it's been announced that a definitive Blu-Ray Edition is headed our way!
