The biopic about the two icons looks like a sweet, funny, possibly heartbreaking tale about showbiz and a legendary friendship, and you can never really have enough of those. The big takeaway is the work of Coogan and Reilly, who look brilliant in the roles, especially Reilly, who dons a fat suit and looks unrecognizable as Hardy. The film will have its premiere on October 21 at the BFI Film Fest in London, where it could break out into the award circuit for an end-of-the-year release.
