Get ready to traverse the Moat Crossings and ascend the Steps of Knowledge because a Legends of the Hidden Temple revival is happening over at The CW!

Following the untimely and inevitable death of Quibi, The CW is rebooting the Nickelodeon adventure show, with Stone & Company producing, which produced the original series. Changing things up a little, The CW reboot will be an adult version of the original competition show. In every episode, team members belonging to the Purple Parrots, Blue Barracudas, Orange Iguanas, Red Jaguars, Silver Snakes, and Green Monkeys will be tasked with solving a series of riddles and physical challenges. This time, instead of taking place inside a studio, players will compete for bigger prizes while navigating a "jungle" setting.

Scott A. Stone, one of the original creators, and David G. Stanley and Stephen R. Brown, will executive produce with Marcus Fox, the executive producer of Nickelodeon’s Paradise Run. The CW's Legends of the Hidden Temple revival is part of the network's push for non-scripted programming.

While I always thought I'd perform better on a show like Nickelodeon's Nick Arcade, there's a part of me that would love to compete on a show like Legends of the Hidden Temple. Plus, who doesn't want some face time with Olmec, the giant talking Mayan head? That dude has got more riddles than the Sphynx.
