Shudder reveals full episode line-up for their upcoming Creepshow series

I love a good horror anthology flick and George A. Romero & Stephen King's CREEPSHOW is one of my absolute favourites, so it's with cautious optimism that I'm looking forward to Shudder's upcoming TV series inspired by the film. "Creepshow is a project very close to my heart!" said executive producer Greg Nicotero (The Walking Dead). "It is one of those titles that embraces the true spirit of horror… thrills and chills celebrated in one of its truest art forms, the comic book come to life! I’m honored to continue the tradition in the ‘spirit’ which it was created." Creepshow is slated to debut later this year and Shudder has revealed descriptions of all twelve segments which will make up the series' six-episode season.

Doc and Chief, two old-timers in a small, dying town, brave a storm to check on Richie, an alcoholic single father, after encountering his terrified son at the local convenience store. The story, first published in 1973, is part of King’s best-selling 1978 collection, Night Shift.

I don't know about you, but I'm kind of pumped to see what they've produced here. Fingers crossed. As far as the cast is concerned, we know that Adrienne Barbeau, Giancarlo Esposito, David Arquette, Tobin Bell, Tricia Helfer, and Dana Gould all all involved, and Shudder's press-release also added that Jeffrey Combs, Bruce Davison, DJ Qualls, Kid Cudi, and Big Boi will be joining them.
