While Friday at San Diego Comic-Con has yet to display any real fireworks thus far, it was not that long ago when Marvel alums Joe and Anthony Russo took to the convention center's main room, Hall H, for a most-anticipated panel.
Prior to their Hall H invasion, the brothers Russo had been teasing updates related to their post-AVENGERS: ENDGAME plans, including details about their upcoming biographical drama CHERRY, which stars the duo's Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man, Tom Holland. The duo also plans to unveil several projects they're contributing to, under their AGBO label.
Our own Alex Maidy is in attendance at the panel right now, and has been tweeting up a storm from our official JoBlo Twitter account with many of the panel's biggest highlights. Let's follow along and see what all of us suckers who are stuck at home are missing, shall we?

The hardest fx shots were The Dusting in #infinitywar and in #endgame it was the final sequence battle, especially the portals. Smart Hulk was hard to visualize as a balance between Banner and Hulk. #SDCC

Most stressful movie was #infinitywar because Endgame came right after. #Wintersoldier was least stressful of their four films. #sdcc

Paul Rudd asked who the best Paul is in the #MCU. Then asked which Chris or Paul has America's best ass. Russos deferred to the crowd who overwhelmingly picked @ChrisEvans #sdcc

The Russo's next film is Cherry with Tom Holland. Starts filming in October. Set in their hometown and about the opioid crisis. A deeply personal story for them. #sdcc pic.twitter.com/99UjkMM6SZ

On casting Tom Holland: they wanted a young Peter Parker and they loved working with him. Cherry will be an adult film. Definitively rated R. They feel it is a really important story. #SDCC

The Russos film company AGBO stemmed from working with Marku/McFeely. Will be a filmmaker's collaborative group to disrupt stories like how Steven Soderbergh helped them 20 years ago. #SDCC

Well how do you like that? Not only did the Russos reveal several projects that they have in the works, but some kids got signed t-shirts, too! Hold onto those shirts, my friends, they'll likely fetch a fair bit of coin on Ebay. Ha ha ha! Are you excited for any of the projects the Russos announced? Let us know in the comments section below.
